This place suits me perfectly, offering free parking, 24-hour reception, and comfortable rooms. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a great local delivery recommendation, showcasing their helpfulness. I'll definitely be back for a romantic escape.

The staff were customer-facing and responsive and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The food was fabulous with a wide array of alternatives.

The bathroom was not clean.

It was a nice comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. As an ex hotel manager myself i'ld say the boss there has got a really good team working for her. I was there for a family wedding. The whole party were very impressed with every aspect of the stay as well as the price. All in all a good family stay.

Plenty of car parking space on arrival mid afternoon...Quick and friendly reception...lift for upper floor levels... Clean,warm room with a good shower and toilet room...excellant self service breakfast and on site restaurants for evening or midday meals. Can recommend for overnight stay or longer periods as there is ample local interesting sites to visit.

The place was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed, it had very efficient and attentive staff who was outstanding in customer service. The location was handy and incredibly comfortable, not far from a bus stop. This hotel was located in a pretty comfortable area. The restaurant was clean with an amazing choice of restaurants, I tried excellent dishes. The views were nice.

The hotel is a mile outside Lichfield. We used taxis to get in and out of town.

Its very convenient for visiting my family in Lichfield, its comfortable clean and very relaxed.

Room was a little cold

Modern design and comfortable room. The continetal breakfast was excellent and the hotel was close to the interesting city of Litchfield.. Good access to all major roads. Excellent value for money.

The double room with sofa bed was clean, fresh, and tidy. The kids loved the bed, and breakfast was tasty. It's about a 15-minute drive to drayton manor. The free parking was a huge plus too!

Helpful well motivated staff coping well with bad outside weather conditions

It was so convenient for the Harvey Andrews gig in Lichfield Guildhall that we had driven up from Southampton to see that evening. Could not fault the room or the service from the friendly staff.

Really enjoyed the breakfast with delicious hot options and fresh pastries! 🍳 Only downside was the room was a bit warm with no A/C. a good stay for a family trip!
